We strive to provide a premium experience with Krypton. However, we understand that circumstances may change. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds for our digital services.
1. The "Right of Withdrawal" & Digital Goods
Under EU Consumer Law and international standards for digital goods, the right of withdrawal typically expires once the digital content has started to be supplied (i.e., when you gain access to Premium features). However, we voluntarily provide a **7-Day Money-Back Guarantee** under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Annual & Monthly Subscriptions
2.1 Eligible Refunds (Inside 7 Days)
We will issue a full refund if:
- The Service experienced critical downtime (>24 hours) identifying your premium period.
- You were charged due to a technical error (e.g., double billing).
- A core feature advertised as part of Premium does not function as described, and our support team is unable to fix it within 48 hours.
2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be granted if:
- You simply changed your mind after 7 days.
- You were banned from the Bot for violating our Terms of Service (No refund for banned users).
- You failed to cancel your auto-renewal before the renewal date.
- The issue is caused by your own misconfiguration or lack of Discord permissions.
3. Chargebacks and Disputes
CRITICAL WARNING:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal) without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend all services to your account and servers.
- Permanently blacklist your User ID and Guild ID from using Krypton.
- Dispute the chargeback by providing evidence of your usage and agreement to these Terms.
Chargebacks hurt our reputation and incur fees. Please contact us first—we are almost always able to resolve billing issues amicably.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you do not see the refund after 10 days, please contact your bank first, then our support team.
5. Request Procedure
To submit a refund request:
- Join the Support Server.
- Open a ticket titled "Refund Request - [Your Username]".
- Provide your Transaction ID/Receipt and the reason for the request.
