1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the developers of Krypton ("we", "us", "our"). By inviting the Krypton bot ("Service", "Bot") to a Discord server, or by using its features, command, or dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Usage & License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal community management purposes.

2.1 Restricted Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Violate, or encourage the violation of, the legal rights of others (including intellectual property rights).
• Use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Bot's source code.
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Service without our express written consent.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person or group, or to incite violence or hatred.
• Interfere with security-related features of the Service, including those that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content.

3. Compliance with Discord Policies

Your use of Krypton is also subject to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You explicitly agree not to use the Bot in a manner that violates these policies. We reserve the right to report any severe violations to Discord's Trust and Safety team.

4. Premium Subscriptions

4.1 Payment Terms

Certain features are accessible only via paid subscriptions ("Premium Tier"). By upgrading, you agree to pay the fees quoted at the time of purchase. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions may auto-renew depending on the payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time. Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its "Krypton" name, logo, original code, text, graphics, and interactive features, are the intellectual property of the developers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KRYPTON OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Krypton, its developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we do so, we will post the changes on this page and indicate the date these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
