
Defamation Policy

This Legal Defamation & Misrepresentation Policy ("Policy") is designed to protect the integrity and reputation of Krypton Bot, its developers, and associated services ("Services"). Any individual or entity found engaging in defamatory conduct as defined herein may be subject to legal action and permanent service restrictions.
1. Legal Basis
This Policy is established in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Section 356) and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Defamation — whether in written (libel) or spoken (slander) form — that targets the Services, its team, or its infrastructure is actionable under both civil and criminal law.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may constitute defamation or misrepresentation:
- Publishing or circulating false allegations relating to:
- Data misuse
- Unauthorized credential or token storage
- Account hijacking
- Hidden or malicious functionality
- Creating, editing, or distributing fabricated screenshots, altered logs, or manipulated communications intended to imply misconduct.
- Impersonating representatives of Krypton Development or falsely claiming official affiliation.
- Making public security allegations without verifiable and demonstrable technical evidence.
- Engaging in coordinated efforts to damage the reputation of the Services through misinformation or malicious reporting.
3. Responsible Communication & Disclosure
We encourage responsible and honest discourse regarding the Services. To that end:
- Allegations must be supported by factual and verifiable evidence.
- Security concerns must be reported privately through official support channels prior to public disclosure.
- Speculative or misleading statements presented as facts may constitute defamation.
If you believe you have discovered a legitimate security vulnerability, please report it responsibly via our Support Server or email notherhacker@gmail.com.
4. Pre-Litigation Notice
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Krypton reserves the right to issue a written notice to the offending party requiring:
- Immediate removal of the defamatory material,
- Public clarification or retraction where appropriate, and
- Written confirmation of cessation of further defamatory conduct.
Failure to comply within a reasonable timeframe may result in legal proceedings being initiated without further notice.
5. Enforcement
In the event of confirmed defamation or misrepresentation, Krypton reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions:
- Terminate access to the Services without prior notice;
- Permanently blacklist users from all related platforms;
- Report misconduct to relevant platform Trust & Safety teams;
- File complaints before appropriate cybercrime authorities;
- Initiate civil or criminal proceedings as permitted under law;
- Seek monetary damages and legal costs resulting from reputational or financial harm.
6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the applicable judicial district. By using the Services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any objections based on forum non conveniens.
7. Amendments
Krypton reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically for updates.
